How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your service, vehicle size, and choosing a time that works best for you.

Do you require a deposit to schedule?

Yes, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your spot. This goes toward your final total.

Can I choose the time and day?

Yes! Our calendar shows real-time availability. You pick the time that works for you.

What are your available appointment hours?

Monday through Friday, we schedule appointments between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. On weekends, we're available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

How many cars do you service per day?

We detail one car per day on weekdays and may take up to two cars on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on the schedule.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance, but next-day service may be available depending on our schedule.

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?

Next-day appointments are sometimes available. Same-day is rare but possible — text us to check availability.

What’s included in an interior detail?

Our deep interior detail includes vacuuming, shampooing, steam cleaning, odor removal, and interior protectant for all surfaces including seats, carpets, doors, and headliner.

What’s included in an exterior detail?

Our exterior detail includes a foam hand wash, clay bar treatment, tire and wheel cleaning, microfiber drying, waxing or light ceramic application, and exterior window cleaning.

What’s included in the All-In-One AutoSpa package?

This premium package combines both full interior and exterior services, including bug and mold removal, clay bar treatment, headliner and seat steam cleaning, and your choice of wax or light ceramic protection.

Do you clean trunk areas and headliners?

Yes, trunk areas and headliners are included in our deep detail packages.

How long does the detail take?

Most interior details take between 1.5 to 4 hours, and full packages can take 3–7 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.

Do you need access to water or power?

Nope — we’re fully mobile and bring our own water and power.

Do you offer mobile service at apartments?

Yes, as long as we have permission to work in the parking area and there’s enough space to operate safely.


Where are you located?

We’re a fully mobile service based in the DMV area. We come to your home or workplace for every appointment.


Do you offer engine bay cleaning?

Yes, we offer engine bay cleaning as an add-on service. It includes light degreasing and cosmetic detailing.

Do you restore headlights?

We do! Headlight restoration is available as an add-on and includes sanding, polishing, and UV sealant.


Can you restore paint and/or paint damage?

Minor imperfections, swirl marks, and dull paint can be corrected with our paint correction service. For deep chips or bodywork, we’ll recommend a trusted specialist.


Do you offer wax, polish, or buffing as a service?

Our exterior detailing includes a wax polish or light ceramic coating — your choice. Paint enhancement and scratch removal are available as add-ons.


What add-on services do you offer?

We offer a variety of add-ons for both interior and exterior detailing including pet hair removal, mold treatment, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, odor removal, and more.


How is pricing adjusted for different vehicles?

Base prices apply to coupes. Larger vehicles like sedans, SUVs, and vans incur an additional fee ranging from $20 to $80 depending on size.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is the process of removing swirls, light scratches, and imperfections from your vehicle’s clear coat for a glossy, smooth finish.


How do I know if my car needs it?

If your paint looks dull, has swirl marks, or visible micro-scratches, paint correction can help restore its shine.


Will paint correction remove all scratches?

It removes light to moderate surface defects. Deep scratches that go through the paint may not come out completely.

How long does it take?

Paint correction typically takes between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the level of correction needed, the condition of the paint, and the size of the vehicle.

Is it safe for all paint types?

Yes, we use high-quality products and safe techniques tailored to your paint type.

What’s the difference between wax and ceramic coating?

Ceramic coatings bond to your paint and last much longer than wax. They offer better protection, shine, and durability.


How long does ceramic coating last?

Our professional coatings last 1–5 years depending on the package you choose and how you care for your vehicle.

Can I wash my car after a ceramic coating?

Yes, but wait at least 7 days after application. We’ll give you aftercare instructions to follow.


Do you offer warranty on coatings?

Yes — most of our coatings include a warranty. Details depend on the package.

How do I maintain the coating?

Avoid harsh chemicals and automatic car washes. Hand washing and using ceramic-safe soaps will keep your coating performing at its best.

What happens after I book?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and preparation instructions.

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes — we require a quick digital service agreement before your appointment to confirm policies and expectations.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

We’ll reschedule at no charge if weather conditions prevent us from completing your service safely.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling FAQs

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes — you can cancel anytime with at least 72 hours’ notice.


What’s your rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule without penalty as long as it’s at least 72 hours in advance.


Will I lose my deposit if I cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your appointment. Outside that window, we’ll refund or apply it to a future date.


What if I’m running late?

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may need to reschedule depending on our route and availability.
